Which "creams"?: To slow aging: Do not smoke. Get plenty of exercise but avoid sunburn. Take very good care of your teeth. Sleep 6 to 8 hours, not less, not much more. Eat mostly vegetables and fruits, stay slim. Anything else is almost certainly worthless.
