Make sure your dental status & dental hygiene are ok. Brush teeth after eating. Rinse your mouth 3 times a day with an antibacterial mouthwash. Floss your teeth twice a day. Of course you don't smoke. See your dentist to rule out a serious dental issue. Ask your pharmacist to recommend an oral rinse that eliminates sulfur gas formed by bacteria starting the digestion.of food in your mouth.

Brush, floss, brush the tongue and keep well hydrated throughout the day. Make sure you are not Mouth Breathing; keep your lips closed with your tongue resting on the roof of your mouth at all times even during sleep. This can cause gut biome imbalance & bad breath which can be corrected by working with a Oral Myofunctional Therapist. A dentist can refer you. Read The Dental Diet by Dr. S. Lin.

Sometimes sinusitis or stones in the tonsils ( bacterial aggregates) can be the cause , would also follow up with ENT ( ears/ nose thrat ) doctor and assess for reflux ( consider famotadine or omeprazole) https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/166636#causes

The stomach is a cause of bad breath and must be evaluated if the mouth is not causative.

Try the simple expedient of flossing daily. T'brush cannot remove sulfur-producing bacteria and food debris from between your teeth, so the best grade you can get with just a t'brush is 65. Could also be from diet, Gerd, partially impacted wisdom teeth, cavities, gum disease, diabetes, etc. STOP over brushing. It doesn't help, it harms. See your Dentist ASAP for diagnosis and appropriate Rx.

Bad breath can be caused by many different factors, including sinus infections, periodontal problems, smoking, cavities, acid reflux, and your diet. Address all of these possibilities with your dentist and physician, and I'm confident that your problem will at least be minimized, and hopefully eradicated.

Your practicing good oral health procedures but still bad breath. It is your diet and acid reflux. See a nutritionist and your internist for a workup.
