One of the doctors i see told me to stay away from nsaids because its making my musculoskeletal issues worse and its bad for my gerd. i drink chamomile tea sometimes and i know thats an anti inflammatory. is it safe to drink that?

If you have been advised by your doctor to stay away from NSAIDS then do stay away from them. You should also ask them for accurate dietry advice on all the foods that migh cause regurgitation or be irritant to our Esophagus.
