I been having discharge stomach cramps at the bottom but doesn't hurt and a little chest pain and hoarseness i was diagnosed with gerd 2 years ago but didn't take care of it and bloating what r these symptoms of cant see a doctor until february?

Where is the discharge from? If GI may be bowel-IBS or inflammed . Bloating may be GERD - try famotidine or omeprazole or both as they are over the counter. But may also be food intolerance gluten/ soy/ dairy. Test by eliminating foods containing gluten for 10 days then soy for 10 d, then dairy for 10 d and see if difference or may be eosinophilic esophagitis, or inflammatory bowel. f/u/w MD

At your age and given the details you have provided, likely to be of gastrointestinal origin. I would get the evaluation sooner than February if only for resolution of this question and initiation of treatment as soon as possible.
