Side effect?: Potential side effects w emergency contraception include menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period), nausea/vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, headache, breast tenderness & abdominal pain/cramps. Take pregnancy test & notify dr. if period 7 or > days late.
