It is a very rare complication, especially with Pfizer vaccine, so you should not worry too much. Definitely, you do not need to take ASA after receiving Pfizer vaccine. I and my wive received third dose last month and we never thought about taking ASA.

Although very rare side effects, the clotting issue occurs typically with the J&J variety, and not the Pfizer. There is no recommended post-Jab protocol, so, just go about your lifestyle, and do not fret about winning the lottery, as the odds are about the same.
