A herniated cervical disc doesn’t usually cause collarbone pain, but rather numbness and tingling and sometimes pain going down your arm to your fingers. Are you sleeping on your side or on your stomach? Have you sustained a fall or injury? Any local redness or swelling?

Collarbone pain may be secondary to medial or lateral bursitis or joint arthritis. The neck is unlikely to cause such focal pain. You might seek consultation from orthopedic surgeon to pin down you pain generator.
