Ive been diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy and degenerative disc desication for my l4, l5, c3-c4, i've noticed that my left ear hurts & my throat feels tight everyday, is there any chance that these 2 conditions is connected with d spine problem?

Likely not: The nerves supplying your ear & throat originate much higher up the spinal cord. They are likely a totally separate issue.
