Treatment options: Diffuse degeneration with associated disc bulging is not necessarily a terrible pathologic condition, unless there is severe stenosis (pinched nerves) associated with it. However, as you are experiencing, the associated pain can be significant. I would recommend aggressive conservative measures - physical therapy, regular exercise, weight loss, smoking cessation, improved diet, possibly injections.

Where is your pain?: What does lysis trx mean, epidural lysis of adjesions or rf ablation of facet iinnervation? Cervical disc herniations cause arm pain generally how many is too many? Its good to abandon failed treatments and move on to next suspected pain generator theory it is unlikely that all disc herniations are similtaneously symptomatic too many targets to be effective.
