You have conjunctivitis, also called pink eye. The cold virus may be the cause, but colds also predispose to conjunctivitis due to bacteria. You need to see a doctor to determine whether antibiotic eyedrops might be helpful. Also, these days COVID-19 is the most common cause of "colds". You need testing for coronavirus, especially if you have not been vaccinated. Good luck.

Chances are this is an extension of the cold virus to your conjunctiva. It is also possible, though less likely that this is a bacterial superinfection. To make sure you get appropriate antibiotics if this is a bacterial process and to avoid corneal scarring that can sometimes happed with certain viuses (adenovirus), it is probably wise to see an ophtalmologist.
