I have a lymph node at the bottom of my left ear which i can feel when i dig for it. but if i try to find a lymph node below my right ear i can't? i'm very slim, could i feel the node below my left ear due to me being very slim?

Do not be digging for lymph nodes. Body has a certain amount of asymmetry that is normal. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
