keep area clean with soap and water, apply any OTC antibiotic ointment and keep it covered with a band aide. Healing of a wound takes 8-10 days at least and cant be speeded up.

If it is a puncture wound and your last shot of tetanus was more than 10 years ago, get a booster dose. If you are diabetic, see a doctor. Keep the area clean and dry. Apply triple antibiotic cream. If a swelling develops, area becomes red, you get fever, lymph glands in groin become large and painful, see a doctor.
