Plan: Unfortunately burn need time for healing. Most important part is prevention of inflammation, what you are doing using antibiotic cream. No magic medications for healing any burn and severe, especially. If any concern of inflammation, you need to see a doctor for stronger antibacterial stuff like Silvadene cream, for example.
