I had a bump come up on my leg, it went away on its own and the skin peeled around it. another bump came up in the same spot, dark color, shiny, and has gone down a little since it first reappeared, what is it?

I assume injury wasn't the cause of the bumps. They could be inclusion cysts. If they are reddish& tender it could be the start of a condition called erythema nodosum which sometimes follows a recent strep throat. A physician or dermatologist will have to inspect the bumps in order to make a diagnosis and advise you.
