Lipoma or foliculi: Raised bumps" nodular , mobile, soft or rubber like" non painful could be very common " Lipoma" fat deposit under skin or " sebaceous cyst"- greasy deposits as " clocked pore" OR .. folliculitis" infected skin follicle.. " like pimple" hurts , red.. sometimes burst with pus..If any doubts... change of size , pain ... you should be seen by doctor.
