A member asked:

I have a spot on my calf that occasionally bleeds and turn black under the skin and has a slight bump. i will poke and drain off the blood and after some time, it will "recover" and turn back to skin color and the bump will subside. it will reoccur?

It could be a dilated small blood vessel-venule( a small branch of vein which carries deoxygenated blood from the leg to the heart). Don't poke it . It will be good to see a physician to rule out other things - like squamous cell cancer of skin, melanoma of skin -a malignant tumour too.
