During defecation at times straining (normally) causes temporary stoppage of breathing which can cause momentary drop in O2 saturation. If it is normal otherwise you will be fine.

I would first recheck ,as since during defecation the pulse ox meter may not be on properly. That said you increase intrabdominal and intrathoracic pressure and has been shown to be decreased in individuals wiht chronic respiratory disease possible due to cardiac disease as well.
