Complex question: It may be related to the low oxygen levels you had previously. Depending on the details of being beathless, your question is best answered by seeing a physician face-to-face. Potential causes includes- anemia, heart problems, respiratory issues (eg,. Asthma) , infection and many others. Your young age makes heart issues less likely.
