It is serious because you are symptomatic. You need to see a cardiologist as soon as possible. In the meantime, try to avoid the precipitating factors such as coffee drinking, vigorous activity, etc.

I agree with Dr. Le, but I prefer your consulting a cardiologist with the subspecialty of electrophysiology. Your PVC's were most likely considered benign and not needing treatment, but since you're symptomatic from them, that alone qualifies as an indication for treatment. Let the electrophysiologist guide you. Be aware of any family history of cardiac events,fainting spells and such.
