20 weeks post vertical lengthening genioplasty, do bumps on road while riding bike or bicycle or jumping affect my results and placement of chin. i travel a lot on two wheeler but always get into bumps . can it lead to any complications?

I think that four and a half months post op is plenty of time for the tissure to heal and intergrate, that is if everythung has gone well. But just to be sure go back the surgeon who treated you and ask them before doing agressive physical activities.

20 weeks post operatively for a genioplasty the surgical site should be pretty well healed. The genioplasty procedure most likely had a bone graft with plates or screws placed since it was a vertical lengthening of the chin. As with any facial trauma, falling off a two wheeler has the risk of injury.
