I got a vertical lengthening osseous genioplasty using 2mm x-plate with four screws. is it enough to stabilise the chin. im 5 days post op and im always worried abbout my chin dislocating while yawning sneezing and drinking. should i be worried?

The chin is a very hard bone and stabilizes nicely. Very little chance of dislocation. Stay away from flying elbows!
