7 weeks post sliding genioplasty with vertical lengthening, i accidently moved my jaw a bit hard while talking and dropped my phone on the chin, im worried if the plates or screws would have displaced, and im constantly consious about chin movement?

I would not worry about displacing plates or screws, they are quite firmly fixated to the bone.

Have your surgeon check your jaw and he may order an X ray.
