15 weeks post vertical lengthening genioplasty, yesterday while i was kissing i could feel my partners chin pushing mine, and it happened couple of times, is it okay to do so or its gonna affect me ? should i avoid it?

Kissing your partner who underwent a genioplasty 15 weeks ago will not affect you, nor should it have an adverse affect on your partner.

You did not mention any complications after the surgery. It is usually okay to do activities that does not include direct trauma to the surgical site such as boxing. It also depends on how the bone is fixated to the jaw. Being careful to avoid physical trauma is probably the only thing you need to be concerned with.
