7 weeks post sliding genioplasty with vertical lengthening,, i yawned a bit too hard and opend my mouth too wide , i was worried about misplacing the chin in some way , is it possible and do i need to worry about doing the facial movements like this?

Seven weeks is long enough for connective tissue to have formed that yawning would not misplace the prosthesis. Wish you good health!
