I had a light spotting just enough to wipe away on tissue and it went away went to the e.r im 6 weeks and 6 days the babys heart rate is 107 but they were saying the yolk sac measures 0.17cm and it was collapsed should i be worried?

My gestational sac is measuring 2 weeks behind babies crl at 16mm. The crl is perfect at 15mm and heart beat was 138 at 7w6d. There is only a 1mm difference between the 2 should I be worried?

I use a fetal doppler for quick few minutes last two to three weeks to check babies position by locating heart rate. I read it can harm tissues inside but doesn't the fetal heart rate monitor for NST use sound waves like a fetal heart rate doppler?
