Please have an evaluation, including a chest image. This is a possible sign of pneumonia. Monitor temperature and breathing. Other causes may include musculoskeletal pain related to strain during cough. For severe symptoms, please see your physician or urgent care.

Agree with Dr. D. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the hospital immediately. The virus has been in you lung and all other organs through blood. If you did not get vaccinated, get Covid vaccine 4-6 weeks after recovery.
