SGPT (ALT) is increased in acute liver condition and you also has mild hepatomegaly by US. You need to see a GI doctor or at least an internist for these abnormal findings. Evion is less likely the cause and it won't help your current condition. In a matter of days nothing could be done to normalize this number especially when it is associated with enlarged liver.

Avoiding over the counter drugs and alcohol may help, but it appears unrealistic to be able to influence significantly chronically elevated liver enzymes in a mater of days.
