Do others agree your looks have changed significantly? Have a thorough medical assessment by a specialist in internal medicine. If no definite pathology is found, I assume your pelvic issues are resolved. I believe you'll be reassured greatly. If not consult a psychologist to fully understand what's bothering you about your looks especially if others don't see major changes in you.
