A diagnosis of MS is based on "multiple" neurological problems involving different areas of brain and spinal cord over time. Your "body burning" is so far, undiagnosed and could be associated with a number of other problems, such as fibromyalgia, polyneuropathy, erythromyelgia, dermatological conditions. Start with your primary care physician and undergo a full examination.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

It COULD be a lot of things, but you're asking for magic, not medicine, if you expect to find out what it IS here. Your symptoms are just the BEGINNING of the diagnostic process, not the end. It's only the first step. See a live doctor in a real office and give a thorough history and get a careful examination.
