30 yo, bp: 115/64, rhr:61, osat: 99%, diagnosed: sinus brady with sinus arrhythmia. no other diseases. i workout every day & plant based diet. why do i need cardio evaluation for this when i read sinus brady + sinus arrhythmia means heart is healthy?

All your data(heart rate,BP, O2 sat) are normal. Sinus bradycardia and sinus arrhythmia are not indicative of a problem and do not call for cardiology evaluation unless there are other elements in your history and physical examination that are abnormal.
