Just got diagnosed with sinus brady + sinus arrhythmia via ecg. i went in for heart palps 1-2x per day for a month. vital signs good. 30 yo, very healthy, i do cardio every single day. they set me up with a cardio referral but in the meantime?

Sinus bradycardia and sinus arrhythmia are both rather common in young healthy athletic adults. Unless your heart rate drops into the 40's causing lightheadedness, weakness & exercise intolerance, I don't think you require a permanent pacemaker or any treatments. On the other hand an outpatient heart monitor would shed more light on your palpitations & bradycardia & exercise heart rates.
