I just coughed and there was a little bit of blood i have post nasal drip and have been coughing all day and since i coughed up blood i'm worried something like cancer or a blood clot has happened is there something seriously wrong with me?

More likely is that you have bronchitis or an upper airway source of the bleeding. Rinse nasal passages with saline. Please follow up with your physician, have a flu and COVID-19 vaccination. If you smoke, try to quit since this does increase the risk of cancer. Discuss a COVID screening test with your physician.
