My bp is normal 111/73 but my hr is 110 resting, is this too bad ? don't have any condition only obesity (bmi 44) working on that with dash diet and 20 to 30 minutes exercises daily, lipid panel, tyroid and all labs normal?

Resting heart rate is a bit fast I would think. May be because of all the fat you have to carry around all the time. How much are you carrying? Take weight in lbs and subtract 120 from that and you have how many pounds you are working to carry. Multiply that by 4 and you have how many sticks of butter you are burdened with. My record pt wt loss with DASH (strict) is 140 lbs. U can do it!

Cannot explain your heart rate of 110 without more detail. If this was recorded in the doctor's office, it could be anxiety.. You are doing all the right things. Suggest that you check your pulse multiple times over the next several days and record the results and discuss with your doctor. Appetite suppressant drugs could increase your resting heart rate. Good luck.
