Your blood result shows a low TSH level.Normal is 0.5to5.We dont have the complete picture here.Even though this number suggest that you have overactive Thyroid Gland.You need complete Thyroid profile along with examination of Thyroid gland,Heart Rate etc by your Doctor.A repeat test with TSH,T3&T4 Level needs to be done and follow up with your Doctor or an Endocrinologist is recommended asap

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your result is consistent with hyperthyroidism and it would be prudent to consult an endocrinologist. Wish you good health!
