How can i tell if my eoe (inflammation of the esophagus) has improved without going under general anesthesia for an endoscopy?

Endoscopy is the gold standard for diagnosis. Usually people are symptomatic complaining of food getting stuck etc . If your symptoms have resolved that is suggestive of improvement but absolute determination would be based on endoscopy.
