Confused my ultrasound reports from 7 weekscan, 12 week and 20 have given me a due date of 17th feb 2022 but says lmp 5th may 2021 and then on another report it says lmp 13th may why have my lmp changed and whats accurate as want to work out concepti?

The LMP in the reports is entered manually (so different technicians can enter it differently) and is not calculated from the measurements in the ultrasound. It is not useful in trying to determine conception.
