Too soon to tell. The best person to ask is your plastic surgeon. It may be normal swelling, or it good be a seroma that may benefit from aspiration. Hard to know with more information and before and after pictures. Normally it takes about 3 months to see the results from liposuction, but it can vary from a few weeks to 6 months. Good luck.
