yes. Get good sleep, at least 6-8 hrs. wear your glasses and use the phone within reason and you will feel a whole lot better.

Get more sleep, preferably 8 hour/day. Most of what you are doing while not sleeping is likely meaningless. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
