No. Tobacco never did anybody any good, ever. Do not use tobacco at al in any form. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

no. Because because you can't smoke cigarettes, period. They are bad for you. Seriously the risk of blood clots, poor healing, infection etc. would all be increased with smoking so don't do it. But even once u are all healed, don't do it
