Often none: Most people can eat a normal diet after gallbladder surgery. Some people find diarrhea more often. Some find fatty or greasy food causes gas or diarrhea. Try various foods and watch your symptoms.

Diet: Most people feel much better after having their gallbladder removed. They can usually return to a normal diet . Sometimes they notice more frequent bowel movements after eating this can be relieved by a medication and if this is a problem you should see your doctor.
