Ask your surgeon: "Problems" is a very broad and vague word. Covers constipation to blood clots to infection to urgency. Ask your surgeon about any concerns.

Not sure what u mean: "breathing problems" can b from so many reasons after any surgery. It could b from lung ( pneumonia, embolus), heart (fluid overload), or admonish issues (abscess, bile leak, incisional pain etc) etc. U need to be assessed in person to figure out.

Yes: You could have stomach problems with gastritis or irritable bowel issues. A GI doctor should help you.
