Probably not.: With esophageal cancer you usually have difficulty to bring food down to stomach. The possibilities you may have musculo-skletal pain, acid reflux, hiatal hernia, gastritis , esophageal spasms, etc. Get checked.

I take Prilosec and Zantac (ranitidine) for acid reflux problems, my symptoms r better(chest,etc)But when I take Prilosec it seems it gets hard for me to swallow.
