Yes higher AMH can correlate with OHSS, however there are a few things your doctor can do to decrease your risk. Including using a lupron trigger, doing a freeze all cycle, and there’s been some data that cabergoline and aspirin started with 24 hours of egg retrieval decrease the risk.
