You may be dealing with pelvic congestion syndrome. Any hemorrhoids, vulvar discomfort,varicose veins,tipped uterus? Discuss with your gyn to see if it's a possibility & whether studying the ovarian veins would be worthwhile. I assume endometriosis has been ruled out. Your gyn is still best to advise you,however.

You need a good history and physical exam by a doctor Gyn or Urologist to get to the bottom of this. It cant be diagnosed in this forum.

3rd UTI in a month + lots of blood in urine (sometimes macro, sometimes microscopic). Bladder ultrasound came back normal. Should i see a urologist?
What does it mean if I have doctor found lactobacillus spp in my urine sample after first stream test? I have uti symptoms but STD clear and normal ultrasound on bladder, kidneys etc?
