Signs of uti (burning urethra, urethra sore during sex, bladder fullness even when empty), but urinalysis came back negative? what can it be, what is the next step? should i ask for pcr analysis?

Male or female?: Are you male or female? In females it can be a vaginitis like trichomonas or gardnerella. It could be an STD (gonorrhea or chlamydia in either. It could also be something called trigonitis or interstitial cystitis. Google those for more info. Any discharge? Leave answers in comments area. Thanks!
