Get some tweezers to see if you can get it out. Some can pick it out with finger nails or scrape it with a knife but dont cut your self.

If the bone is prominent, then grasp with tweezers and simply remove. If it is buried beneath the nail, you may need to see a hand surgeon for possible removall and to avoid infection.
