After images from a bright screen persist when you look away in a dark room is normal, and not concerning. Why are you using stye ointment at all? it is not necessary.

Watching TV in the dark can cause eye strain and headaches as your eyes have to adjust to the different lighting. The cells in the retina take sometime to respond to light and take sometime for that response to cease once the cells have been excited. So it is normal to see after images in this situation.

What you described is normal and not a cause for concern. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
