Near my right toe nail ( not beside the toe nail, under the toe nail, i mean it's on the skin not under the toe nail) there is a black small bump. what is that thing. please explain. is it dangerous?

If there has been trauma to the area, it could be a blood blister. This is caused when a capillary is damaged, but the area is thin skinned or an area with high levels of connective tissue (such as a toe). This is not a dangerous condition and will reabsorb over time.
