Dry eyes at age 19 is not very common, but can happen. You can try some lubricant such as systane ultra/complete. Though I suspect you have some allergies—seasonal allergic conjunctivitis. You can try OTC drop such as Zerviate, Zaditor, Crolom or Visine allergies etc…if eye pain or blurry vision occur, consult your doc for sooner appointment. Good luck

If it’s not associated with any changes in vision, this is likely a manifestation of dry eye syndrome and can be treated with aggressive artificial tears. If there is no improvement and your symptoms bother you, then try to see your ophthalmologist sooner.
