It isn't clear what you mean by "butt stuff", but if there was no penile penetration into your rectum or vagina, there was little or no risk for any infection. No STIs are transmitted by fingering. For reassurance, speak with your doctor about possibly being tested for HIV and syphilis -- but no other testing is necessary. Good luck.

If your concern is about virginity and hymen integrity establishing with a Gyn specialist to have your regular exams and prenatal/natal care would be best. A physical exam will clarify your concerns as well. There is no other test needed.

If a penis did not enter your vagina, you are a virgin. Hymen has wide variation in morphology as a normal structure, including absence of hymen is normal.
